Where do you ship?
The Spoon & Tamago Shop ships worldwide from our Brooklyn headquarters using USPS and UPS. See our Shipping and Returns page for more information.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All U.S. orders take 1-3 business days to process and ship. Once they ship your order should arrive within 2-6 business days. International orders usually take between 2-3 weeks. For more information about shipping rates, times, and policies see our Shipping and Returns page. We offer express shipping options for all orders.

Where is my order?
All orders include a delivery tracking code, however we have learned the tracking does not update for some countries once clearing customs. Be sure to check your shipping confirmation email for the appropriate tracking link. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please let us know at hello@spoon-tamago.com

Are customs or duty fees included in the order?

It is the customer's responsibility to cover customs or duty fees for international orders.

My order was lost or damaged, what do I do?

In the event of a lost package or damaged item please contact us immediately and we will address the specific issue. For international orders please wait 5 weeks from ordering before assuming the item is lost. For damaged goods please contact us and include photographs of the damage.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do offer gift wrapping on specific items for a small fee. If it's available, you'll see a "gift wrapping add-on available" link at the bottom of the product description. Just add it to your cart!

If you would like specific billing details (prices & shipping) omitted from the invoice, please contact us. We are also happy to include a special message.

I have a great product, can I send it to you?
